About this piece
A classical zinc bar handle in antique tonal finishes. Material: Zinc. Available in AB (Antique Brass) and PT (Pewter). Sizes: 96mm, 128mm. A Zinc drawer handle for traditional wardrobes, cabinets and drawers.
The Heritage Oval is exactly that: an oval bar in zinc, from the CD Classical Series, drawn for traditional wardrobes and cabinet work rather than flat modern fronts. AB, the antique brass, reads warm and darkened, and looks at home against teak or a dark polished wood; PT is pewter, a cooler grey that suits painted and lighter pieces. Both come in 96mm and 128mm: the shorter for a chest of drawers or a small kitchen shutter, the longer for a taller wardrobe front in a bedroom. Choose it when plainer modern hardware would look wrong on the joinery. Find it under the antique collection.
Size guide
CC (centre-to-centre) is the distance between the two screw holes. Replacing old handles? Measure hole to hole and match the CC below. New fronts? A handle looks best at about a third of the drawer's width — choose the CC closest to that. Length is the handle end to end; depth is how far it stands off the door.
| Drawer / door width | Suggested CC size |
| Up to 30 cm | Knob or 96–128mm |
| 30–45 cm | 128–160mm |
| 45–60 cm | 160–224mm |
| 60–90 cm (tall units) | 224–320mm |
| Wardrobe doors | 320mm and above, fitted vertically |

The craft
Each piece is finished by hand, so no two catch the light identically — the small variations are the signature of real handwork, not a defect. Metals are hand-polished before sealing; ceramic is glazed and fired piece by piece.
“Evening light moves across the room. The handle catches it first — soft glow over warm metal — and for a second the drawer front looks less like storage, more like furniture. That's the difference a considered handle makes.”
