Product Information

We strive to ensure all product descriptions, images, pricing, and specifications are accurate. However, slight variations in colour, finish, dimensions, or appearance may occur — our pieces are hand-finished, and screen settings differ from real-world light.

We reserve the right to:

Modify product information without prior notice
Discontinue products at any time
Refuse or cancel orders if necessary

Pricing & Payments

All prices listed on the website are in INR and inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. A GST invoice is issued with every order.

We accept secure online payments through authorized payment gateways, including UPI, major credit and debit cards, no-cost EMI where eligible, and Cash on Delivery on serviceable pincodes.

Quantity Pricing

Pack discounts are applied automatically at checkout based on the total number of eligible pieces in your cart. Discounted sample pieces are excluded from pack quantity calculations. Promotional offers cannot be combined unless expressly stated.

Orders & Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch for a full refund. Once dispatched, cancellation requests may incur shipping and handling charges. Returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.

Intellectual Property

All website content including text, images, graphics, logos, and designs are the property of Vertical Designer Hardware and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.

Limitation of Liability

Vertical Designer Hardware shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Products must be installed appropriately for their intended use; we are not liable for damage arising from incorrect installation.

Warranty

Every piece carries a 1 year warranty against manufacturing and mechanism defects. The warranty does not cover normal wear, misuse, improper installation, or damage caused after delivery.

Privacy

Your submission of personal information through the store is governed by our Privacy Policy.

Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India, and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra.
