What happens after you order — and what we promise if something isn't right.
Shipping & delivery
Dispatch: in-stock pieces leave our Mumbai warehouse within 24 hours, Monday–Saturday. Made-to-order items show their timeline on the product page before you buy.
Delivery: 3–5 working days across India for metros, up to 7 for remote pincodes. Tracking is shared on WhatsApp and email the moment your order ships.
Charges: free over ₹5,000; flat ₹150 below that, anywhere in India.
Payments — UPI, cards, EMI, COD
We accept UPI, all major cards and net-banking. No-cost EMI is available on orders above ₹3,000. Cash on delivery is available on most pincodes; prepaid orders get priority dispatch.

Returns & replacements
Unused pieces in original packing can be returned within 7 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Fitted or modified hardware can't be returned — which is exactly why we'd rather you order samples first.
Transit damage or a wrong item? Send a photo on WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery and we ship a replacement immediately — no forms, no drama.
Care
PVD finishes are sealed to resist tarnish through years of daily use.
Care: wipe with a dry or barely-damp soft cloth. No acids, no abrasives, no scouring pads — on any finish, ever. Hand-glazed ceramic shows gentle variation piece to piece; that's the handwork, not a defect.

Try up to 5 pieces at 50% off — one of each design, delivered to your door. Keep what you love; send the rest back in original condition for a full refund.
